INGREDIENTS
- 100g lean ground beef (95% lean)
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 green onion stalk
- 1 red pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic, diced
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 large lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large non-stick pan, add chopped yellow onion, garlic, red pepper, green onion, and water. Keep adding water as needed and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and break apart with a cooking spoon. Cook until no longer pink.
- Add soy sauce and cook everything for a few minutes.
- To serve, place the meat mixture in the lettuce cups and wrap everything up.
