INGREDIENTS
- 130g extra lean chicken breast
- 1 large cucumber
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut chicken into three strips and place skewers through each.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken on BBQ and cook thoroughly. Tip: Rub the side of a cut onion on the grill to prevent sticking.
- Chop cucumber into slices and mix with vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken over cucumber salad.
