Lamb Chops & Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
- 100g leg of lamb (fat trimmed off )
- 1 cup brussel sprouts
- ½ red pepper
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season lamb with salt and pepper.
- Place lamb on non-stick frying pan over medium heat, moving the pan around quickly so it doesn’t stick.
- Once cooked, add brussel sprouts and sliced red pepper. Cook until tender.
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste and serve.
