Rosemary Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cups cooked chicken breast cubed or shredded
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp tablespoons slivered almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.  Refrigerate until ready to eat. 2. Serve over greens or in lettuce wraps if desired.
