Scrambled Eggs & Broccoli – Sugar Balance

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs (preferably organic)
- 3 cups of broccoli, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium-size, non-stick skillet, add chopped garlic and green onions with enough water to keep them from sticking.
- Add chopped broccoli, the rest of the water, and sea salt to taste. Let cook for 2-5 minutes or until soft.
- Add two eggs and gently move the pan around over the heat until fully cooked.
