Turkey Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chopped turkey, cooked (light or dark meat)
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put seasonings, lemon juice, turkey, and mayo in a bowl. Mix well.
- Slice bell pepper into strips
- Serve turkey mix on top of mixed greens; eat sliced pepper on side (or shred on top if you like!)
