Step 3: Keep your gaze to the center of the video. Avoid straining. Keep your eyes relaxed. Feel free to blink or defocus your gaze as required to remain relaxed and comfortable.
Step 4: Do not read the flashing affirmations, they are for your subconscious mind.
WHEN TO USE VIBRANT HEALTH
We recommend using VIBRANT HEALTH every day for 30 days both in the morning (AM) and in the evening (PM), and then once a week going forward after that.
